1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from Prestige Level Junk Removal Services ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), the customer ("Client", "you", or "your") agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Services
Prestige Level Junk Removal Services provides junk hauling and disposal services including but not limited to:
  • Residential junk removal
  • Commercial junk removal
  • Appliance and furniture removal
  • Construction debris removal
  • Yard waste removal
  • Garage, storage, and estate cleanouts
  • Light demolition (if agreed upon)
Services will be performed based on the scope agreed upon during scheduling or provided in a written estimate.

3. Estimates and Pricing
Pricing is typically based on:
  • Volume of items removed
  • Type of materials
  • Labor required
  • Disposal or recycling fees
  • Accessibility of items
Quotes provided before service are estimates only and may change if the volume or materials differ from what was originally described.
Final pricing will be confirmed before removal begins.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
  • Cash
  • Credit or debit card
  • Electronic payment (such as Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, etc.)
Failure to provide payment may result in legal collection actions where permitted by law.
 
5. Cancellations and Scheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If a customer cancels after the team has already arrived or fails to provide access to the property, the Company may charge a trip fee or cancellation fee.

6. Property Access
Customers must ensure safe and legal access to the property and the items being removed.
The customer is responsible for:
  • Ensuring items are ready for removal
  • Providing clear access paths
  • Securing pets
  • Informing the Company of any hazards
If access conditions significantly differ from what was described, additional fees may apply.
 
7. Prohibited Items
Prestige Level Junk Removal Services does not remove hazardous or illegal materials, including but not limited to:
  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Paint or solvents (unless pre-approved)
  • Asbestos
  • Biohazard waste
  • Medical waste
  • Explosives or ammunition
  • Illegal materials
The Company reserves the right to refuse removal of any items deemed unsafe or unlawful.
 
8. Donation and Disposal
Items collected may be:
  • Recycled
  • Donated
  • Disposed of at licensed facilities
Once items are removed from the property, ownership transfers to Prestige Level Junk Removal Services, and items cannot be returned.
 
9. Damage and Liability
Our team will exercise reasonable care when removing items.
However, the Company is not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing damage to property
  • Damage resulting from structural instability
  • Damage caused by items packed improperly or hidden hazards
  • Minor cosmetic damage that may occur during heavy item removal
Customers must report any claims of damage within 24 hours of service.
 
10. Customer Responsibilities
The customer confirms that:
  • They have the legal right to dispose of the items
  • Items do not contain hazardous or illegal materials
  • The work area is reasonably safe
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims resulting from inaccurate information about items being removed.
 
11. Right to Refuse Service
Prestige Level Junk Removal Services reserves the right to refuse or stop service if:
  • Conditions are unsafe
  • Illegal materials are present
  • Customers behave abusively or threaten staff
 
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under California law, the Company's liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
 
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
 
14. Changes to Terms
Prestige Level Junk Removal Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to future services.
